
A formal valuation service is available relating solely to media asset value but in addition a simplified desktop service is also available designed to assist landowners and their advisors in their negotiations with hoarding contractors or to identify reversionary asset value.
1. It is in the obvious interest of hoarding contractors to maintain the lowest possible licence fees paid to landowners and there is very little open market comparable evidence generated from reliable sources. What is available may be self-generated or regional against which there is no base reference.
2. With a The Thomas Partnership valuation report not only should meaningful negotiations be concluded more easily and at better values but also you can identify immediate portfolio asset enhancement.
The basis of the valuation will be by reference to our extensive comparables database of transactions of similar panels. It should not be considered appropriate to substitute this for a full report as it is undertaken without an on-site survey or in-depth investigations.
What we require is:
1. Completion of the response form (below) which can either be e-mailed back to us automatically or printed off and posted.
2. A copy of the existing or expired licence agreement.
3. A photograph in (.jpeg file format) of the site/panel in question.
4. Confirmation of your right to benefit from the advertising licence.
5. Payment of the sum of £117.50 inclusive of VAT (£100 plus VAT).
6. Declaration of planning history.
